The market adjustment at the start of the second round is not clear in the tutorial. The wording makes it sounds like it is counting all gem types and each individual player must have that amount, not the collective total. Should be made more clear that you are only counting the gems players own that match the highest priced gem and that it is a total across all players.
My suggestion is to change:
The next step of the tutorial explains the result, but it is confusing since the tutorial player has 0 gems at this point. It says
Arguably worth mentioning this can happen to multiple gems if they are tied for highest value. I just see that stated in the rulebook, unclear if just the adjustment is done, or if gold is given for both gem types.
My suggestion is to change:
toThen the current price and target price of that gem is decreased by...
-0 if all players own 0-3 gems
Maybe even put 0-3 of that gem total. Then the current price and target price of that gem is decreased by...
-0 if players own 0-3 gems total

More clear if this says,Then their value will be decreased by one because all players have 6 gems, which is between 4 and 7.
More clear that only Sapphires count and that not each player needs to have between 4 & 7, just the collective total. Then their value will be decreased by one because players have 6 Sapphires total, which is between 4 and 7.
