Arena seems dead

It's not as if there were a ton of players in the previous two seasons, but now I can't manage to get a game going. At least, not after the first one. I've tried now 3 times and it just times out before I get two others to join.

Perhaps making it 3 players, rather than 2 is the culprit?

From my experience, changing the player count to 3+ without a huge player pool always ended up like this.
