Figured I'd inaugurate the Tash-Kalar forum....
I'm pretty good at 2-player High Form, which is my preferred form of the game, and at 3- and 4-player Deathmatch--I like trying to figure out how to play one player off another (if you do it right, they smash each other's pieces and you get points merely from the resulting flares). But I find 2-player rather unfathomable--it's really easy for it become pointless to continue playing, because the ground you make up from a flare just isn't enough to offset the free point to your opponent. Every so often you can make an amazing comeback but that seems rare.
Any tips/thoughts?
