Why will my reputation not increase beyond 60?

I've played 50+ (closer to 100) games at 60% reputation without abandoning or without running out of time, and have even received thumbs up from people, yet my reputation will not increase above 60.

Um, you have 4 disconnects and 10 timeouts in the last 60 days, including multiple disconnects on the same game. I'm fairly certain you have to wait for those to expire before you can build it up again. Otherwise it would be an easy matter to get a penalty, play 20 games against a bot (such as Can't Stop), and effectively not have the penalty anymore.

Your red thumb to green thumb ratio is greater than 10%, which is why your Karma/Reputation limit is restricted to 60%.

That is incorrect. The penalty from quitting/getting kicked does not affect your Karma/Reputation limit.
