.. I see a lot of forums looking for Gaia project online.

I wouldn't hold my breath for anything with such a strong IP outside the board gaming scene ever being available online, BGA or elsewhere. It's hard enough to convince publishers who do own the entirety of their game content

That should not be a problem with AGOT, as it is already available on several sites (though they are either severely lacking updates or are old/bugged etc). So a BGA version with the essential MoD expansion, would be awesome. FFG have been very nice with this
