Bug: player gets skipped their turn

It recently happened in my hanabi games, that a player gets skipped their turn (bug - not due to overtime).

Too many player opening new report is not helping ;)
Hosting Allround-League: https://boardgamearena.com/group?id=7870115 --> a league where you have matches of random games vs. other players in your group - season 6 started in Nov. '23 with 128 participants.

hello...

can you describe exactly what happens when this bug occurs ?

on the player skipped side and on the other players side ?

does the game only switch directly from P1 to P3 for instance ?
