1. Yinsh
This board game is a cross between Checkers, Pente and Reversi.

2. Onitama
The rules of Onitama are easier than chess with only five movement options per game, but trust me the strategy is can be complex.
Since both players see all five movement cards winning depends upon each player's ability to plan ahead since you know your opponent's two movement options.
