Card Tooltip Display

I can't get the tool tips for the Heroic Feat cards to display consistently. So I therefore have little idea what the cards do. How do I get the tool tips to show up in a game?

What navigator and device are you using?
You can also refer to the rules that are linked in the game page (or google it to get those in Libellud's website)

I'm playing on a Chrome browser on Android tablet. I'm seen gge instructions and tutorial, both very helpful. But I was hoping for the little in game prompts you might get from leanibg over and reading the card.
