La granja arena

Please make the la granja arena allow players to make simultaneous moves rather than one after the other. The game is extremely long without this function being activated which serves no purpose

We took a look and very few players have started to use the Arena for La Granja, so to make it easier to play in Arena mode we changed it to

- 2 players
- Simultaneous Farm Steps.
