The Targi interface is not user friendly. Right now to play Targi, you have to get in the mental space that chess players who play "you touch it, you move it" style. Right now you cannot undo a move, so if you accidentally place a card in a space where you don't want it, it is stuck there forever; if you accidentally play cards from the array in the wrong order (like paying for and placing the "pay one less good for all _____ cards" after paying for and placing one of those same type of cards like well cards or whatever). This means that the winners are the most careful, not necessarily the best players. It would also be nice to see the game automatically pay the goods for you/give you easy clear options for choices if you have a "pay one less good for X type of card" in play instead of having you choose which goods to pay. The reason I say this is that sometimes a player has multiple cards that affect the cost of a card (like pay one less good for X type of card & Pay one less good for choosing the Noble action) and you have to try to remember all these things with a huge window that contains all the good and the money with plus or minus boxes--but the huge window often covers the cards you have to make decisions about. A good model to follow is the interface of Targi at Yucata.de. It has all of these features and more and losing a game of Targi there based the interface is far more rare than it is here (seriously, when you play regular players and mess up and complain about it in chat they all say "I know" because we do).
