Avoiding turning the wheel

I wanted to buy without spinning the wheel but then the wheel turned when I tried to tap on a cube, is there a way to avoid the wheel turning?

I don't recall exactly, but I believe there's something like a basic and advanced option; and in the basic the wheel always turns.

Expansion sounded like it was going to be separate add on to the game.
