Can anyone explain how the scoring works in Sparts?

Sorry that it's taken 2.5 years to answer this :D but the rules are on BGA. You can see them when you're playing, but you can read them any time on the BGA wiki:

There's also a YouTube video by amassgames, in which he reads these same rules.
