I have pushed a new release. The principal change is to how the end of round and game are handled. I have added new values to the "Early end of game" option, in which only players who are not in the lead can choose to end the game. This is more similar to BGA's concession in two-player games. If the early end of game is disallowed the game will automatically proceed to start the next round (or end the game, as appropriate) without removing the gray summary box, which will still have to be dismissed.
