game system limitation

Is it possible to make change in the game to make sure that things you suppose to be able to do in real boardgame can be done online too?

example :

Elemental Amulet use water to get 2 energy and use them right way with the amulet, like flame to get card ....

crystal orb ...look the first the card and use bonus to increase the summoning gauge only if like the card ...

sure there many other i forgot right now but you see the point ....no?

This is a bad example.
The energies that trigger the effects of the elemental Amulet are part of its invocation cost.
Invocation effects occur only after all invocation costs have been paid in full.
Therefore, you cannot use a summoning effect to pay part of the summoning cost in the real game. Unfortunately, the BGA implementation of Seasons does not respect a number of elementary rules like this one, and the programming of the effects of the Elemental Amulet is currently defective.

Another bad example.

Using a bonus is a type of action. The notion of action implies implicitly that you cannot perform several actions at the same time, which would be the case if you took a bonus during an activation effect which is another action.
What you offer with the Crytal Orb effect is therefore forbidden in the real game, and fortunately forbidden with the BGA implementation.

But do not be discouraged! Seasons is, in my opinion, one of the most complex games to digitize because of the multiple interactions between the effects of the cards.
There are still many bugs, and the perseverance of the players is necessary for them to be corrected one day.
For example, handling end-of-round effects is seriously flawed in the BGA implementation.
