Extra black worker first movement

This is the second game that I've taken the extra black worker and it's supposed to give me a movement when I claim it but it wouldn't like me move a track either before or after I pushed done. What am I not doing correct to receive that claiming benefit?

It doesn't give a track movement when you claim it, it's actually better than that, it gives you an extra black track movement whenever you use it to do an action that has a black track movement.
