in PLM torment I face more and more often the problem that people neither finish the game nor resign when they are in a losing position and they wait that the game naturally ends.
What happens in this case? If I skip them they got a reputation penalty, but I earn a reduced ELO by the completed percentage of the game, so that's also a penalty for me because their reputation can be healed quickly, my ELO points are lost forever.
Can I do something different to sanction them without having drawbacks? I think this behavior isn't fair at all.
It the tournament game ends because it reaches the maximum game time do I get the full or reduced ELO points?
