Change the appearance of this game?

Hello!

I've read a few times about how you can change how this game looks (similar to Patchwork and either the original or Americana versions). How do you do this, though? I don't see it in the game options or the user settings. Is this feature just gone?

In the settings below the game, when you actually are in it.
