Wow.

I guess the highest possible score in four player is this (without additional money):

76 Four sets of science (12 cards)
18 One military (1 card)
10 Builder's guild (1 card) (assuming Giza B on one side)
9 Science guild (1 card)
8 Palace (1 card)
121 points

This would rely on the neighbours (1) not building any shields (2) paying you for your cloth a LOT of times.
In theory, some of the other guilds can be worth 10 or more as well.

You can get more with Babylon B
You can also get some money from your neighbors for the starting resource ;)

Since we are here, has anyone seen game with maximum amount of points from science eg Babylon B second wonder stage + 12 greens + science guild?

Actually, this is completely wrong, because only four of these cards are available in Age I and only four in Age 2.

Babylon B
Age I
Wood/Stone
Science

Science
Shield
Wonder Stage
Wonder Stage

Age 2
Science

Science
Science
5 point blue
4 point blue

Age 3

Strategist's Guild
Magistrate's Guild
Palace

I *think* a resource card has to be played first, otherwise isn't possible for your neighbours to pay you enough money to do everything. You have to be able to pay them for the three commodities in the first round for the science cards and for the wonder stages, which is eight resources you don't have, or 13 more money in addition to your starting 3. There is only two Age I card that costs a brick, so you get a maximum of four money from your neighbours without any more resources.

So, total score would be:
76 Science
21 Blue
18 Battles
12 Strategists Guild
16 Magistrates Guild (neighbours each have 8 blues)
143 Total

I doubt you would have much money left for additional points. The science guild (9 points) is actually worse than other options.

Highest and lowest scores for each placing:

First number is the highest score I've found for that placing and the second number is the lowest score I've found for that placing

6 player

1st 88 51
2nd 69 49
3rd 66 46
4th 61 42
5th 58 34
6th 55 27
The record non-winning score that I have found is now 73, from this game: https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=201931138

And I scored it!
