"Now, If I propose to talk about "why people needs undo?", I will discover 80% of cases for "mistakes of players". In my house playing chess we have a rule, "touched piece = you should move this piece"

I agree except for touch screens.
You need to touch to visualize some parts of the game or zoom (puerto rico building are so tiny).
It is nearly always converted into a move.

That's already a rule.

As for "mistakes," so what? I don't play with anyone in person that won't let you take back a move, assuming you didn't expose anything, and that you do it immediately. If I place a worker on the wood, and then immediately pick it up and go "oh, no I want the stone," I don't know anyone who would take issue with that. I even know one lady that'll let you take back a move if you were mistaken about a rule, even if other players have already taken moves, like actually undoing their moves so you can back up, which I think is absolutely ludicrous.

I'm also very visual, so for instance, in Chinagold I like to be able to sit back and visualize what my move is doing - fortunately in that game I can unclick what I did so I get away with it.

I think it makes a difference whether you're taking games pretty seriously, or whether you're just playing casually. Perhaps in tournament play I could see not ever being able to change something, but I'm mostly just not playing quite that seriously to care.

Yeah, that's not cool. In fact, I sometimes can't stand touch screens cause they do junk I didn't mean, and I don't mean cause my fingers are too fat and I hit things wrong. But like there's a knack to scrolling without "clicking" on something.

What about implementing something like the relatively new "confirm" feature in Hive for all games? One only sees the tile placement on the screen and must click again to actually make that move. No additional information or advantage is given.

I recently spent some time traveling with access only to a touchscreen device, and had many frustrating mis-clicks in other games because of it.

Is there a reason that the confirmation works for Hive but not for other games? (please just link if I missed a previous explanation!)

Is there a way to solve this problem, when a player loses gives me a red thumb?

In playing the game Can't Stop, they have added blue color when it is your dice roll. The color is a bit harsh and hard to see what the roll options are.
Can you get rid of the blue highlight? Or at least give an option to delete it from play.

I found myself in game what I didn't accepted invite.

Post by sars1492 »

I often play games on BGA with my friends. One day when I was on BGA I already was in game with some stranger and I have NOT accepted invite for this game (game started when I wasn't on BGA site).

I have very weak password and I don't log off. But I really don't think that someone who broke to my account would accepts one random game invite for week (It's occured twice for couple of weeks).

Sorry for my bad English I'm not a native speaker.
