For Polish language the most recent news on the main page is "ELO rank now visible from everyone!", all newer articles do not show up. After I switch into English then I can see all news.

And even for the "ELO rank now..." there isn't any option to translate it manually. plus the "translate" button for machine translation doesn't work.
I don't know, is it for me only?

There was actually a problem for the display of news in Polish. It's fixed now, thanks for reporting this!
