New games only, card setup is done at the start of the game.

Is it possible to run games with either a 2,2,2 or a 1,2,3 setup. I prefer the 2,2,2 version really, especially if playing hiroshige. the switch really hurts him and he is weak anyway 4 player

Out of curiosity, in which way do you find that it weakens Hiroshige?
