Is there any plan to add Fire and Ice?
Or at least, factions auction, and promo-tiles for turn order, bonus and town?

Yeah, I think the promo tiles should be added first as they're relatively easy to add and helps Mermaids be competitive.

Can we have an extra fast option for speed. Even with the "fast" option games can take quite a while.

Yes, it can be too slow. I just had a 137 min. game in a 3 player.
