??? I said preferably 6 hours stop at nighttime for player. But at least 3 hours, if you dont understand general reading. There are tests to check if you are capable of reading.

The first post of this thread (quoted in my previous reply) states a suggestion of 00:00 to 06:00. There is then a suggestion (also quoted) of 3-5 hours. Now, it seems the suggestion is "at least 3 hours." If you wish to say that you are changing your mind about the time period, please state that.

Also, if extra reading is needed, might I suggest https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ad_hominem? Attacking my ability to read generally indicates that there is nothing wrong with my argument, and that the only way to discredit it is to attack me. Let's please keep this civil (and public -- the extra attacks in private mail do little).

Of course, maybe I can't read, since I don't seem to see a response to what looked like one of your main reasons for doing this: proof that someone was actively monitoring your sleep schedule.

But, let's see if I have this recap correct:
Some people exploit the sleep/wake schedule of opponents when there is a total time limit for a game. There has been a claim of this being done maliciously.
A suggestion was made to stop the timer at [night, work] for people for [6, 3-5, at least 3] hours.
Problems with stopping the timer were presented, as well as a method to avoid this situation.

Have I missed anything about the argument?
