Another problem is that sometimes I play a turn based game in real time (me and opponent show up at same time so we decide to have at it). I still constantly get invited to other games, even though I'm busy in a turn based game room and have never left it. People see me as available, but this shouldn't be the case if I'm in a room. This should also be changed.

This would break many things if that is how it considered. I usually keep a few tabs open with games that are getting low on time or that I am hoping to play mostly real time. If my having an open tab keeps me from being "available" I will never be available.
