Hi,
Just a word to say that we know about the situation and we are sorry that it still exists today.
We have a plan for this, that I could summarize by "have a seasonal ELO-based tournament based on a seasonal-ELO, which is kinda 'reset' every 3 months, and keep the normal ELO in parallel".
The reasons it has not been implemented yet cannot be 100% communicated publicly, but are mainly linked to the fact we are mostly focused on providing new games on BGA for the last 10-12 months, including very strong licences (ex: 7 Wonders, Dice Forge, Terra Mystican, Krosmaster Arena, Roll for the Galaxy ...).
