Thanks for your reports.

This issue is known and is linked to something "structural" to the BGA system, and it is happening randomly. This is the reason it taking so long to solve it.

In detail: this problem is due to the way BGA main website is communicating with the game servers (where the games are played). Sometimes, the game server thinks that the game is running and let you play, while the main BGA server thinks the game never started.

This message is just here to say that we are aware of the problem and we want to change the structure of BGA to make sure these situations could not happened anymore.

We detect that this problem is linked to 2 different cases (50% of occurrences each) :

• Case A: A problem that occurs when the table is launched (at game start).
• Case B: A problem that occurs when the game end.

The Case A is the most serious as the concerned table are closed because "All players have left the game" or "Game did not start", while it allow you to play the game until the end (and the fatal "Game has ended" bug).

Few days ago we introduced a fix for this. Thanks to this, the number of occurrence of this bug has dropped from an average of 14.4 / day to 1.6 / day.

We will continue to work on this, in particular Case B and the remaining Case A.
