"Sarcasm", "troll" ... the level of administrators on BGA is impressive. When they do not understand, which is unfortunately quite common, they insult and make fun of users who post messages ... Excellent model when we are responsible for moderating discussions!

I haven't analysed it formally, but the patterns looked perfectly reasonable and fair to me. In fact, one of my statistics textbooks mentioned some commonly-held intuitive beliefs about situations like this and then debunked them with mathematics.

so, can you debunk them ?
