I guess I now understand why nobody's playing this game after I bump into census.
I may submit a patch if the code is open source but having the need to sign up for yet another account at BGA studio is enough to deter me from trying.

Yes - Are there tracking details somewhere that can indicate whether or not a board game has been (essentially) abandoned?
