This is precisely why it should be answered here. The more people who understand the system and can give feedback, the fewer flaws it will have.

Sorry but this is a misunderstood: I need to ask specific and personal questions (ex: about the email that have been sent and not received). This forum is useful for generic infos that may help other players - this is not the case here.
