Yup...carrots, celery and mushrooms

Vegan lasagnas only for me. Depends on what I get in my fridge. But often, I put a mixture of button mushrooms, textured soy proteins (re-hydrated in a broth), carrots, lentils, canned tomato, coriander, garlic, vegan worcestershire sauce, etc.

Then alternate layers of home-made (or dried) pasta and bechamel.

Thats what im making tonight, im putting bacon in the ground meat!!!
