They are just trying to increase their user base to make it a better experience for everyone. I don't see the problem...?

I've sponsored someone and had the +5 gift points in my account.

However, by now, my sponsored friend has played 10 games since a couple of days but the +20 gift points have not been added to my account. I however do see this friend as a sponsored player, with +25 gift points.

Yes, there is currently a problem with the daily task attributing gift points. It's on the list of things to fix ASAP, points will arrive when it's working again

I have the same problem, when do you think you will solve It??

So we rewrote the daily process attributing points and ran it today on the period it had been broken.

39435 have been distributed to 1841 players

There has been a lot of sponsorship during the last week indeed!

I Invited two friends last days that haven't been added to my referrals, has the referral system been working the last 2-3days or is there any limit? Maybe was just a cookie issue on their side idk...

The daily process is just to give points. If your friends used correctly the link, they should appear on your sponsorship page https://boardgamearena.com/sponsorship

If they are not there, you have a few days to tell them to use the link again while connected, and then they will be linked to your account.

Per invitare degli amici basta usare un solo link o devo inviarne uno diverso a ciascuno? Io ho inviato il link a quattro amici ma solo uno mi risulata negli sposnorizzati, eppure tutti e quattro si sono iscirtti con successo.

There is only one sponsorship link, that you can send to all your friends. If they didn't use the link (for example if they saw your message, then went to google to find bga instead of using your link) they won't be in your list of sponsored players.

If this happens, you have some days to ask them to click on the link again while being connected to board game arena. Then they will be added to your sponsored players.
