Yes, this looks accurate to what I was trying to suggest. I would alter the wording for #3 slightly:
"A new button appears, accessible to each player, to agree or disagree that the claimant will take all remaining tricks." (They only have to believe that someone else will take a trick, not necessarily who.)
And I like the addition of #4—minimizes meta-gaming that could possibly arise.
