regarding the interface - how do i know to who am i passing the cards? and from whom am i getting mine?
either it's not clear or i can't tell

and it's rather important to know

It follows the player order, so you pass to the next player after you in the player order, and you receive from the player before you in player order.
If you are wondering about the player order, he player panels on the top right and the card played zones are displayed in player order (like for other games on BGA).
We thought it was clear but it has been reported a few times so we may add something in the interface to make it easier.
You should also note that if the player variant "both ways" has been selected, the pass order is reversed on the second round

"Accessible to all" clearly refers to the simplicity of the mechanics, not to the membership type. And it is still playable by all, but like any other Premium game, only a Premium member can
create a table.
