Yes, I second this plea to be able to set default to normal mode, not training!!!

Hi

When you play with friends the default is "training": when playing with a group of friends you do not want to have constraint like a timer or penalties.

Before making this a default, we constantly received complaints from players asking to penalties removal because it was just a game between friends.

You can still choose to switch the option to your preferred game speed when you want to.
