Game is great, although picture posted shows the deluxe assets and your implementation was with the base ones (ie: Change the cubes for the mini meeple assistants)

I wish there was a more intuitive way to zoom in and out again, but maybe I just haven't found it yet? Anyways, I enjoy it.

I watched the video and tried the game once. Think I have the hang of it now but this is the kind of game I'll never win except by dumb luck.

Without going to far out your way make sure you get as much of the free stuff as possible. The free stuff: Achievement cards. Customs/Church 1st/2nd bonus. Spread out the country flags. Get the level5 bonuses and lay down the shops.
