The thing is that a bug in a game might be only be solvable by the original developer and since they aren't paid, we can hardly demand anything of them. I don't know if it's clear, I just have some kind of example of Microsoft Power BI community. If you are paid pro user - you can create a ticket which must be solved (which means - it will be 100% answered, of course there could be situation where there is no bug, so nothing needs to be solved).
I don't know about Microsoft communities but you can obviously see the difference in budgets. BGA is fairly obscure website and Microsoft is a corporate juggernaut. If I think about how much money I've paid out to Microsoft over the years, it adds up to rather more than my BGA subscription.
