I don't know if it's clear, I just have some kind of example of Microsoft Power BI community. If you are paid pro user - you can create a ticket which must be solved (which means - it will be 100% answered, of course there could be situation where there is no bug, so nothing needs to be solved).
The thing is that a bug in a game might be only be solvable by the original developer and since they aren't paid, we can hardly demand anything of them. They took time out from their lives to give us something for free.

I don't know about Microsoft communities but you can obviously see the difference in budgets. BGA is fairly obscure website and Microsoft is a corporate juggernaut. If I think about how much money I've paid out to Microsoft over the years, it adds up to rather more than my BGA subscription.

I believe you are missing the keyword "priority" in my sentence about creating a ticket. I think this is what needed for premium users as well - some prioritization in bug solving and paying more attention to their suggestions. I honestly don't feel current bug system works fine with increased amount of users. that's it
OK, well you need to raise this suggestion there.

I spoke about Microsoft Power BI community as an example of having a possibility to create a ticket for premium users. Power BI desktop tool is actually free, but you can get more features by upgrading to pro user, and on community forum people as well help each other taking some time out of their lives. So from that perspective it looks quite similar for me to BGA.

No need to speak about budgets, I believe Microsoft has enormous amount of different projects and every small project within Microsoft didn't have big budgets from the start (PowerBI became big in last couple of years).

Again, I don't mind paying for premium just to support BGA owners. It's really not that much. Although now this is the only reason for me to go premium (ok, and also to be able to create Terra Mystica games :) )

I think it's rather easy to say "no need to talk about budgets" when it's not your money...

I think a "not a big budget" for Microsoft is a rather large budget for the average internet site.

Also, the Power BI Pro cost is five times the BGA premium cost.
