As I have said many times before, the Moderation Policy must be re-written and should include a much more detailed appeal process that should also include a new moderator taking a look at it.

Further, there should be more transparency with which moderators are trained and their rationale for applying punishment for players.

Last, the checkbox where you must click admitting guilt in order to access your account must be removed or at least edited to remove the "I agree" aspect of the statement to just an "I understand".

Yes. The page and text that appear after a moderation is settled in, are a bit different, then.

i also have emails on records by unidentified individual(s) writing from a BGA account in ridiculing tone, derisive nature AND asking for parts of my credit card details (illegal practice).

not really how any customer should be treated, let alone a formerly happy, premium one.

p.s. just like n-faker, they fell silent quickly once asked to identify themselves and their affiliation with BGA.

It literally is making you sign that you understand, accept and vow to never do sth again. Whether you agree or not.
Mind providing a screenshot of it?
It is pathetic that

A) you still have not answered the basic question about your role and possible affiliation with BGA
B) it seems to be the case that a screenshot is required, as if there really was 0 grip on what this website is doing to its (premium) users
C) the overall situation is now as-described since over 2 months, and STILL doubts remain about the overall CLUSTERFROCKness of it.

I'll acknowledge based on the chat transcript it is very difficult to see why you would have received a 3 day ban.

With that said!

You're not going to sue anyone, and if you did, you'd be laughed out of court. Come on! Just decide whether you want to use BGA or not and act accordingly.
