Anyone else who filed a bug know how long it usually takes before someone takes a look at it?
That will depend on the game in question and whether the developer is active for the game at the time.
Looking at the game in question here however, the reason this one has stopped while most others will just skip the turn for that particular game is that the person that has run out of time is a beginner, and they're stuck at a phase of the game everyone that isn't a beginner doesn't see - asking them if they'd like to watch the tutorial.
So therefore in the majority of games, that isn't something that can happen, so having the zombie player skip through that probably isn't worth the hassle.
