You may believe so due to the conflicting texts on BGA in regard to multi accounts. But BGA has banned the multi accounts of users that did the same in various other games too.

According to BGA's often self-contradictory rules, I agree that you shouldn't have been moderated unless you boosted elo, which you didn't.

You only got a warning, though, so no hard rain on your parade.

I also agree that "sechs nimmt!" lovers are lucky you don't feel like using 20 accounts for your accomplishment to work, and I am happy I am not a Top 20 level player in this game, right now.

Just playing devil's advocate here: Having a test account is helpful for tracking down what triggers a bug, and possibly for learning the interface of a new game. But I can't see why secondary accounts should play anywhere near as often as the primary account.

Do you really see no adverse impact for the other players of BGA if I were to make 19 alts and fill the rest of the leaderboard for that game with them?

To be fair, what the OP has done isn't expressly forbidden. One may even believe that such is ok.

This is on the very mild end of things in regards to what people have done with multiaccounts.

Perhaps the site should start forbidding such purpose for multiple simultaneous active accounts, from now on (apart from the boosting ELO purpose), but I may be alone here...

The TOS state

“ The Player agrees to hold only one account on BGA, unless otherwise approved by BGA. We reserve the right to terminate any multiple accounts attributable to the same person.”

so what OP is doing is explicitly forbidden. The report was probably filed with Elo boosting as the listed reason because there is no way to file a report which is actually reflective of the situation.
