Actually, 4 kongs makes an 18 tile hand. Each kong you announce, you draw a tile from the dead wall.

I've played riichi, hong kong, sichuan (SBR), Taiwanese and MCR mahjong.

From the scoring in the help it seems this is British (BMGA) rules mahjong?
That would be great because no other online platform exists for this form of mahjong.
I wouldn't call it the simplest though, because every player scores their hand, unlike most other forms where only the winner scores.

Can't test unfortunately as don't have alpha status.
