Just got the bug in Tranquility, and that really seem like the same.
Just my K-facor is higher in Solar storm which explain why -24 is pretty high in the negatives.

One second, it's maybe not a bug, but because your elo is higher than the new maximal.

To prove me wrong:
Can someone link me a game win and played by people of 700 elo or less, and which caused them to lose elo?
