Well, doesn't pro chess play a blitz match in case of a draw?

Not exactly, they play with shorter and shorter time until a setup where in case of tie, starting player wins. So that's just a different game and you would get even more player angry if some kind of blitz version were made for ALL games here without proper tie breaker.
