Conceding IS NOT quitting - unfair penalty

These are two distinct actions, and need to be kept distinct. One is acceptable, one is not. I could just as easily say that twice I took items from a store for personal use. One time I gave the store access to a computer chip embedded in a 8.56 cm by 5.397 cm piece of plastic, one time I didn't. The end result to me is the same; I have items from the store. However, it is impossible to buy by stealing, just as it is impossible to concede by quitting.
