is there a easy way to check arena settings for a certain game?
Yes. When clicking Play Now! under the game name there is a cog icon on the left. Clicking on it will show you current options set. You can even change some.

Thanks for a great implementation of a fantastic game!
During starting world selection, is there any way to look at your other option (i.e., the other side of the board) before your turn comes up?

Is this one a Puerto Rico rethemed game? If Race for the Galaxy is San Juan re-skinned... maybe this one is just a mere copy of Seyfarth's masterpiece.

That's exactly what I wondered when the game first came out - RftG is essentially a rethemed "PR - the card game" so if NF is "RftG - the board game" is it not just basically PR with a new theme?
I've still not yet played it to know, but I believe there are some differences in gameplay. How important they are I don't know. I should probably play the BGA version and find out

I think there is no point in playing Puerto Rico. New Frontiers is better in every way

How to configure this BGA-MAXIMA feature? I could not find any guide to it.

It is now. Before your start world has been chosen, the alternate side will be shown next to your empire mat.

It's not a configurable feature, it's just standard fact that a game can be open in multiple tabs / screens so you can see different parts of it in different screens

Thanks, I was guessing something like that. I've tried duplicating my screen and doing this, but it works better on games that have an embedded zoom in/out on the table.
Zooming in/out the browser itself doesn't work well, as bothe screens are affected simultaneously.
But it is indeed a good setup when you have two screens to split.
