I agree with op this being a result of poor moderation.
The moderated player didn't even hit 300 ELO, the rating fluctuated severely, and I couldn't find noticeable exploits over the last winning streak.

However there were and still are indeed plenty of conspirators in BGA.
For example, just check the record of current Coup #1. It's ridiculous.

Fortunately nobody got banned for this.

No need to involve the community, it's just my opinion. Thanks at least for writting a better quality post, hopefully the email you sent to the moderator is also written properly (that's what I meant by it would help your case, litterally).

That's said, I agree with your point, it does indeed rather look like a moderation mistake (it happens, sadly) however qualifying it severly flawed, unprofessional etc. seems a little excessive to me. Can you still play at all?

Yeah, that part is ridiculous. But I think if the system wants to make you lie, which obviously is the only achievement of that page, go with it. The penalty likely will be meaningless (as it usually is for serious cheaters too), and the karma will be restored after a few games.

The staff should do their jobs and remove the moedration
