Yeah, so maybe if there were, for example, 100 games out of alpha and beta at the time, and if I’d played 100 games including games in alpha and beta there might have been a glitch where the program checked and saw that I’d played 100 separate games and gave me the reward?

That's what I imagined. Just a theory, though.
