As they said in proper thread, they will fix flaws of this new version, and they already started with red number.
But I really don't think they will just throw to garbage their last work, you shouldn't have a lot of hope on that. Yet constructive critics can help them making the new UI better

+1 and the behavior has been inconsistent. Sometimes I don't know it's my turn until I open the side bar and scroll through the list of games I'm playing.

On my side, I often get a refresh problem, so I didn't see that it is my turn !
Another point, is the green point
! I know that I'm online
was expecting that it is an enhancement to be able to be "invisible" on the site
And last, in my friends list, I have people that I never put in my Friend list !

I'm seeing that too.
I recall in the old interface that they would sometimes show up with people who live near me who I don't know. And if I remember right it would say so. I suspect the new people showing up in friends are also similar 'suggested' people?? Not sure.
Either way its eitehr a bug or confusing design.
