BGA's system seems very automated and unable to find context. Thus "A Hole" being short for something else that may be considered offensive would be enough to trigger it.

As far as I know though you shouldn't face any consequences unless your opponent decided to actually report it, and if they did hopefully there is a human moderator involved that can see the context.
