I agree. Both on Abyss and on 7WD. I never got an answer though

Hum, probably Leviathan. You really feel the improvement when exploring the abyss. It adds another way to use your allies in hand. Plus, you get to experience risks when rolling the dice to fight the monsters
I like Kraken a lot, especially some of the new lords, but having both extensions, i always plays with Leviathan, even when introducing the game to new players

I don't own any of the expansions, but I read a lot of comments similar to what Ez0ah says.

Any update on this topic ?
Maybe not implementing the entire expension but just the new lords which perfectly works like (FR) ''La libératrice'' who alow you to retrieve from a key lord affected to a ''lieux'' or “La soigneuse “ who allow you to pick up from allies deck the one you want. there is one by guilde and works with the basic rules and you dont need to implement expension rules if it takes too long.

No. I never got a response. I guess I can send a reminder email. I don't have high hopes for an answer, but you never know !
