Concede game in tournaments

A concede for two person tournaments is desperately needed.

I dont want to stay in a lost match. My opponent shouldnt have to waste time playing it out.

BGA should not need to devote finite computer resources to maintaining the match.

Concession in tournaments would break the victory calculation system in at least some cases, as I have noticed that (for better or for worse) the tiebreaker condition is the aggregate of margins of victory/defeat in each game, and that is undefined in a concession situation.

Great idea! Conceding is an incredibly underrated thing on BGA, hopefully it will eventually catch up and learn its value.
